Firstly may I say what a pleasure it was to meet with you this year at the 420 festivities, Dr P. I've been following your progress for many years - since the cup in 2010 in fact when I made my first entry and you entered your Hawaiian Diesel... Well it's great to see that since that time you have been adding award after award to your ever expanding signature... it's been genuinely wonderful to see


Ok, so to my questions regards Supersonic... I did look everywhere I can think of but there's no info for her anywhere so I was curious to know if you could/would share her lineage?

One of the reasons I ask is that I was fortunate enough to find 2 seeds in my number 13 bag and so I was A: wondering what might make up Supersonic and B: wondering if you thought the seed was the result of herming or if it was from some pollen floating around in your area... in the case that it's a rogue bit of pollen on the loose, do you have any ideas what that pollen might be? In other words in case you have accidentally created the worlds most potent herb in this bag seed I've found, what do you think it could be made up of?

Another question might be, do you plan to make Supersonic available as a seed anytime soon or is she a closely kept cutting?

Well that's enough questions for now and I'll be grateful to get a reply if the info is to be shared

With joy I'll share details on the supersonic!:-)
The mother comes from a mosca's sonic fly, which is c99 crossed with a misterious strain.
That was pollinated by a chemdog ibl male from Rez, which I still have as a clone.
This male proved exceptional and very powerful.
Sonic fly is a good blend of the two, gaining the raw power and terpenes from the chem, with some fruity smoothness added by c99.
It's a fast flowerer, huge amount of resin and beautiful bag appeal.
First joint is devastating, debilitating immediate couchlock crush, but it's a kind of herb you get used fast and soon the effect becomes psychedelic and functional somehow.
You cannot sleep easily at night with this.
About the seeds, consider you lucky.
With cup entries I chose a strict no hermi regime.
In my other room i kept a few chem males of backup.
The only pollen may come from them, making actually a sonic x chem bx.
I already expolered this line and the bx with the same father adds some more potency and rawness to the cross. Something not for newbies.
Let me know what you find out.

Thank you for the indepth reply. I'm over the moon to read that the pollen is fact from the same lines.. if I get anything earth shattering from them, I'll be sure to let you know .. and I do indeed consider myself very lucky to find them... it is number 13 after all

Curiously, I've been looking for a Chem cross to play with as well, so this is great news....sounds like it might make a nice hash plant too if there is good resin output..


Seems I have much to look forward to, thanks for the info and the "gift"

Could you give us some Infos about the HK Sage from the Cup this Year? Anything todo with the S.A.G.E from TH?

No spamming, bro... it means the need for an update of catnip subforum... dedicated to the new strains.
Actually HK sage is a mispelling. It is MK sage.
It derives from old thseeds packs, circa 2005, mk ultra gave me only 1 pheno different from others, an electric, lemon smelling sativa plant with enormous calyxes. She was standing among average other mk females.
On the sage pack, acquired the same period, it was a different story.
It was the only pack I had that was completely male...
10 out of 10!
So one was chosen and crossed with some females of the era, among which the mk ultra lemon.
These seeds laid long in my fridge, but last year I want to give them a try.
It ended int his marvellous sativa monster with weird effect and properties.
I love it so far and decided to enter.
It's not an easy plant to grow, really picky about nutes and temps, but worth the trip.

I also found a seed in my judge pack on the last cup, and it turned out female.
So good to find info on it.

She will go into flower once my current seed run is done, hopefully in 2-3 weeks.

Really interesting my friend, as I was explaining to Jamie, the only pollen that could be floating around in my building, could have been from chemdad, so that seed can be actually supersonic bx...
Nice to hear she's a female, it may be interesting to see how it performs.

here I found a pic in my half destroyed sd from last year.
seeds are now available ad the bay crossed with chemdad
