it appears to be sorta like an additive for water-curing....... sorta.
from the back of the bottle: "made from 100% plant derived ingredients via advanced proprietary enzyme technology, Cure's highly refined cellobiose and soluble plant fibre, tasteless and colourless components of cellulose, improve the quality of flower structures and increase harvested crop yields..." and goes on to say it protects terpenes and oils. a big part of the appeal seems to be the claim that it puts on more weight (this is the part that doesn't sit well with me, "increasing yield" as one of their selling points, any additive that increases weight AFTER the plant is chopped seems a bit dubious). some people are arguing that it's just "water-curing with sugar," but after researching a bit i don't think that's a completely fair comparison. Cellulose and cellobiose aren't exactly sugar, cellulose is what makes up the cell walls of plants, it would almost stand to reason that the stuff is creating a natural protective layer around the bud. i did find quite a few diaries of people using it with success (which they judged by weight increase most of the time). i did not find any reports of people saying it didn't work, who had actually used it (there were plenty of people *speculating* that it didn't work, but none of them had used it). The only place I could find it for sale, this stuff is going for $250 for 1Liter, and $950 for 5Liters. That price makes me infinitely more curious. What in the actual fuck! subbed as well, i'd like to hear more. |

I guess you have to be part of the "fox news generation" to even spend 10 seconds considering this product. another thread started by a shill, advertising more snake oil to part the poorly educated from their money.
Oh, Wait - it's really, really expensive - so it just must be super-great! |

Sounds like it coats the buds in cellulose or cellobiose? and artificially increases weight?
Sounds like a scam for people to put on buds to make them weigh more... |
