It is with great regret that I'm here posting another thread regarding a partnership that has gone south yet again. It's frustrating because of the problems before, with others and here we are again...

CVS had said he had multiple vendors to work with and thus the main reason for having him as a distributor...

Things felt sketchy before shipping stock to CVS, and against my better judgment went through with the agreement. Speaking about GOD and his mothers' medical condition, I believed that though he was flaky, our commonalities would prevail in the partnership.

In February, 300+ seeds of each out cross of the DMT (some 350), Prophet and Blockhead IBL as well as gifted packs, were shipped. Approx. 2700 seeds.

(Please forgive me, I had the rest of this typed up before being lost... I had much more typed :( )

1 small payment was made in March and then no phone calls, texts or emails were answered. Fast forward to June, my wife did some research and saw that stock was listed @ NGR. Confronting CVS, he said that they're listed but that when someone places an order he ships it out and that they're not actually "in stock", lol.
He went on to say he'd pay me in full, "on his eyes and his mother's life". When any communication did happen, he'd claim HE was stressed among other excuses.

Now my concern is that he's breeding with my stocks, while it was my intention to have him repopulate, outcross and bring back Mob Boss, among other things. I'm asking that any material he releases that contains GHMSCo genetics be passed over, knowing that this is stolen work. Please consider these facts when thinking of purchasing CVS gear.

It's sad considering this has happened right after John Bourne of TSD had not only ripped me off but many other seed co's. CVS appears to have used this situation for his own personal gain. On top of that, knowing I'm severely disabled with a family to care for and claiming to be a GODly man, he manipulated us.

The only thing I can do at this point is to make people aware & pray for him, as he
used GOD, my love & trust against me, once again.

I'm gonna try to get some GHMSCo stock out to SBay & the Boutique, in the next month, for those looking for DMT & the out crosses.

No miscommunication. Just got this, as I was coming out of DMV, LOL. This is coming from a "respected" "breeder" and a "GODly" man, though I don't know any GODly men who act like this. Quite sad....

I had held my piece since May, how long was I supposed to? I dont think he had any intention of paying at all....

saying he wasnt selling any seeds, even after
lowering his prices to $30/pack. He asked me to
take over Grindhouse gear to sell under CVS. I didnt
want to do it, too much risk, not enough reward.
The seed game has completely changed in the last
12-18 months. Nothing is how it was before.
Seedbanks no longer deal direct with U.S. seed
companies, like it was done in the past. So instead,
to be cool, and help out at no cost to him I offered
to set him up with a distributor and a few wholesale
connects. I contacted a few companies on his
behalf, put in a good word and had things in motion
for him to start working directly with these vendors
on his own. I emailed Steele a form to fill out
detailing strain descriptions /lineage / retail price /wholesale price and distribution prices. In short, its
a catalogue, that gets emailed to vendors world
wide and they use it to place wholesale order
request. He never filled out this info, and when
given the chance to deal with vendors on his own,
he was reluctant. It was a little weird but I figured
he didnt want to deal with all the changes with
going legit, license, paying taxes etc, He later told
me he had a gun charge pending, so he would
rather me sell Grindhouse gear under CVS. So we
ironed out the details, he came up with a number
per pack that we both liked and agreed on. A few
weeks later, when I got his stock, he then doubled
the agreed upon wholesale price. Because of the
price increase, selling his gear with a distributor
wasnt feasible.. It limited his gear to a very few U.S
based vendors that I still at the time, dealed with
directly. As far as distributor / wholesale orders
after packaging cost, shipping cost, paying the
taxes, the distributors cut and then paying Steele, it
just wasnt cost effective. My cut would barely cover
the taxes, if at all. Without distributor orders, it
seriously limited Grindhouse sales. In the coming
weeks, We did manage to sell some GHSC gear,
and Steele was paid for those. After that initial
push, Grindhouse sales dropped off to a trickle.
Instead of me sitting on all this GHSC gear that
wasnt selling, I told him I could return the seed to
him, which he did Not want to do, even though Im
not a seed bank, I told him id be willing to eat the
cost and Do Him A Favor by paying him in full for
the leftover seed stock even though the seeds
werent and havent sold. I told him ill pay it in a
lump sum in full once I get my seeds harvested and
Im able to start filling backorders and new order
request. Because of the changes the seed game
has gone through in an effort to legitimize this
industry, I relocated CVS to a more friendly state, to
fully comply with state laws, taxes, ID#'s etc. Had
to jump through some hoops, but Im only waiting
on one final legal document before I feel
comfortable filling any orders. Its all part of the
changes that have happened in the last year or so
to legitimize the seed industry, something Steele
isnt familiar with and hasnt had to deal with in the
past. I explained to him that it will be very obvious
once I start filling orders, my vendors will no longer
be "sold out" of most CVS varieties.
After all of this bullshit, I will not do you the favor of
paying for the leftover seeds, I will add up the few
packs that sold since the last payment and pay for
those only. So heres two options, I can send you
the leftover stock or I could send the stock to
ICMag for freebies.

And Steele. ..NOBODY in my camp is using or is
planning to use your gear.. Nobody! Period! .... Do
you just make this shit up as you go along? ]

I'm gonna go over this, though I wish you would
have put together paragraphs, It'd make it easier to
address....

1. Your time line is off, but no big deal.

2. My Ultra Sonja is currently the only strain offered
@ $30 a pack

3. You made no mention of how "risky" it would be
to sell our gear.

4. Yes, you emailed me a form to fill out, though I
wasn't able to fill it out; something wrong with the
file and no application to edit it. My texted response
below... (keeping with the TOU, inly my own texts
will be used in my rebuttals.) My response shows I
was willing to complete the form.

5. Dealing with the vendors myself was not the
issue, you were claiming to have distributors
overseas and with my health issues, it made sense
to have my stock taken over by you. I deleted my
opening post in the " GrindHouse absorbed" thread,
I guess too hastily, but folks that read that,
probably remember.

6. Me having a gun charge had nothing to do with
our agreement. I do find that your mention of this is
yet another way of trying to make me look bad; I
can do bad all by myself (A great Tyler Perry flick,
by the way.) My gun charge was dropped last
year....

7. I was reluctant to ship to you, as you kept asking
to ship stock out, but to a different state than the
one you just moved to, saying you were filling
orders there,; all the while attending a funeral. This
made me nervous, as it seemed like a weird plan...
Business during a funeral.......? On top of that, we
had agreed it would be cash up front, you said you
were paid like that and after the whole TSD fiasco,
that's how I wanted business to be done. (My text
below clearly states these facts.

thread was me taking a leap of faith in someone
elses word, something that consistantly proven

I did ship and was received Feb 21. Though no
price had been agreed upon. I kept trying to nail
you down with an official price. In text on March 4
you broke down the pricing and we later spoke; I
had overlooked the distributors fee and agreed that
we'd split the $33. So there wasn't ANY issue with
pay, in fact you said yourself, even if you made $5 a
pack just selling my stock, it wasn't much work and
was good money not having to do anything but
pack then up.

8. I've been paid a total of $500. You said you were
sending 700 first, then shipped 5. Kinda weird.

March 23, me...
" Afternoon, its been over a week since our last text
session. I was expecting that payment would be in
and youd be sending out to us. I'm hoping that we
get full payment in this week. In good faith I
shipped out over 200+ packs before being paid (we
had agreed I would be paid before shipping stock).
It just makes me nervous when you say one thing
then do differently and dont want to answer texts or
call.... As I said before, I dont need a hand to hold
but do need communication.

Check it out dude, I'm less than impressed with
how things are going... Refusing to get in touch
with me is not how i do to anyone I've dealt with. I
just have a bad feeling in how this has gone. Call
me....

@ 15 per pack, plus the packs of Ultra
Sonja. If you were going to use 2 or 3
strains to work, please pay for those

On the 25th, you finally git back to me saying that
you had alot going on and wasn't worth the stress.
On top of that, you threw in my face, my plans for
another business my wife and I are trying to get off
the ground, later apologizing...

April 1 payment of 500 instead of 700 (plus seeds
promised) arrived. April 12 you texted that you were
ganna send another 600 plus gifted seeds,
something that never happened...

9. After having all these issues, CVS offered to send
back stock, and yes I was unwilling to take it back,
due to a compromised state. They are not sellable
due to these conflicts; he could have throw them in
a microwave, sit em in the sun, etc.... My point
being, people do messed up stuff when things go
south, I couldn't resell them, this is for my own
protection as well as future customers.

10. On June 26, I text asking if he's gonna pay. My
wife saw seed stock for sale @ NGR. June 27 he
texts back saying on "his eyes and his mothers'
life", he's gonna pay in full and that he wants to do
right by me.

Almost 1 month later on Aug. 22, I tell him his word
meant nothing with this link to another site with
several members on a forum in the PNW, with
details about how he ripped them off too.

11. Regarding taxes, this was just mentioned to me

Regarding taxes and licensing in Cali, we do things
differently, no need to try to belittle me.

12. To even think that the most appropriate action
would be to ship my stock in as freebies is
incredibly insulting. My life's work since '06, is in
those beans. You yourself said they are incredible
and that my gear was selling due to exposure...
Hold on to them until I figure out how to deal with
this....

So after months and months of leading me on,
seeing how others have been screwed over by this
guy, I put up this thread and was cussed out for it.
t's difficult because I'm severely disabled, trying to
care for my family, with said agreement, only to be
lied, cheated and stolen from.

If the devil is a liar, and I'm a CHRISTian walking
the walk and showing this proof, tell me, am I
lieing?
And if folks that aren't believers could look past my
faith and just evaluate the situation with a level,
unbiased view I'm sure you'll come to understand
why this has come to Light.

Yes CV is shady as hell. The main reason i partedw ways with him and hia shady business practices. He sells crap and is just an overpriced pollen chucker. The reason he doesnt post on the forums any more, he only cares about screwing people out of their money. Really sorry to hear he screwed you over like that. I know how ya feel though. Karma will make sure he gets what he deserves. I look forward to seeing him in person one day soon.
