Blah, blah, blah, nobodys watchin so im ending this........MOVIN TO NORCAL! Gotta take a break till I find a safe location to start up again. To bigger an better in Norcal with my 4x1000w and all my equip. I have been sittin on.

Well it looks like AS is throwin in the towel since I cant find a rental that isnt a anti-grow nazi in the arcata/eureka area. I keep my rentals clean with no evidence of the grow but it seems people out there fuk up places an dont pay.
Gonna have to save for a year for a house an live in a small place to save for the meantime. ahhhhhhhhhhh! Bye, bye moms.

Ahoy! I been watching too and I like ur stance on subjects across the boards.
I wouldn't say I plan to be growing to a landlord - Id just scope the joint and see if its worth the trouble/price and make sure good proximity to places you need to acces. Just be stealthy - supah stealthy. Have a bed room with a roommate thats "never home"  I got lucky with a mega cool landlord - she could give two fucks as long as I'm on top of my game - unless like last year the bank had to roll thru for an eval. but I'm going to follow your steps after I fix my car - and save for a spot of my own - or at least a higher caliber rental for a larger grow cause I'm on my last eigth  and I still got 3-4 weeks at the least to go. Best of luck to your endeavours man! Socal is chill too!
