This is the organic soil mix I use for my breeding plants. Thought I would share it with the community with some pictures of each of the ingredients in the mix.

I start with 2 bags of Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
1/2 bag of composted cow/sheep shit

Then in the soil/compost mix I add..

bag of worm castings


Two cups of Soft Rock Phosphate


Four cups of Bone & Blood meal


Then I add two cups of Bat Guano to the mix


Then three cups of Sea Meal

three cups of diatomaceous earth


Then I finish by adding the Dolomitic Limestone


Mix this up really well on a piece of plastic, with a farmer fork then add perlite till there is a good ratio in the soil mix.

Next I get the tea watering mix ready. With this mix you just want to moisten the soil not soak it completely. When the soil is ready you don't want to have to water it, or only water it a bit. It should already be quite moist.

I start with about 2 gallons of water then I add to it:

4 Cans of De- alcoholized beer (cheaper then the regular stuff here anyway and still has the good stuff in it)


add in "Seedweeds" this is basically Kelp in a bottle 2 cups


Then I add in one cup of epsom salts

then comes the "gardeners dream" which is a fish based nutrient five cups (doesn't smell bad as the odor has been removed)


and last but not least I put in un-sulfered Blackstrap molasses at 5 cups (some sticks)


I let this tea soak for about a week or so with air stones mixing it up really well and putting O2 in it to help all the happy cridders grow for your plants. I then add this to the soil mix I created above till it is just moist.

I let this mix sit for about a month or so before using it for transplants, clones.

Keeping my moms green for some time without any need to re-pot.

how many cubic ft or kgs in the bags of peat moss and manure? our peat comes in 3 cf, and the manure compost in 1 cf.

Hey Bonzo for my moms I just use plain water and give them the tea every 8 or 9th watering. For my testers I use the tea mix about every 3 or 4th watering. I re-use my soil many times with this mix just go half and half (new mix and old mix and tea).

Hey 190 the bags of peat are 2.2 cubic and I believe the manure is 10 Kg bag?? Not quite sure I will take a pic of each when I have new ones and update the tutorial.

This mix works great plants are super nice and green.

Also one more very important in-expensive tool I forget to include, only 6 bucks at walmart and works like a charm. Helps a ton to give a better idea of watering times.
