MUST be adressed by sending an email to support@seedbay.com and not on I.C.Mag ......Also any order enquiries must be accompanied by an AUCTION NUMBER and your Seedbay MEMBERS NAME to be able to check on and update any orders progress.. For reasons of confidentiality and customer security ....it's just best that way.....
