What in the fuck is with NY(C) anyway?
LaGuardia report? Bursting at the seams with a population saturated by liberal ideology...but no medical cannabis? No SoHo dispensaries?

Is it simply a case of "follow the money trail?"

Something tells me that the wheels are actually in motion, and have been for some time...holy shit, I can see it now: the Soros dispensary in Carnegie Hill.
