I was just thinkin' - how the hell is nnep doing apres harvest? And - bingo. Timing was impeccable. Great report...I could really get a sense of the psychic rooms that you moved through. I found the OG Kush that I have grown out to be "regal" - some of your description seemed familiar. OTOH, it sounds like there are some other strong influences in there as well. Congrats man...outstanding grow and journal.

As you are the first -at least that I'm aware of- that has taken the Witches Weed to the farthest shore, I'm wondering you had thoughts regarding the length of flowering? Too soon? Just right? Mine are just about day 30 today and I'm already looking toward the end game. One last question - dio you generally stop burping after the two-week mark? Many thanks!!

Strain: Witches Weed by Dutchgrown Seeds
Growth: Medium height, heavy sturdy bud sites, good side branching
Yield: Roughly 3oz (1 plant)
Bag Appeal: Noticeable red hue throughout buds coated in millions of very visible trichs.
Smell: Skunk, very minor berry undertones.
Taste: Potent chem taste with lemon hints every now and then, mostly on exhale.

Smoke Log:

My piece of choice pictured below, my SNOB 4 tree worked twisted arm bubbler, one of my more enjoyable pieces to smoke out of. It's not the cleanest it's ever been, but i gave it a pretty decent quick-clean before i used it so i wouldn't be tasting gunk instead of the weed.









4:20 - I thought for such an occasion we might as well start with tradition. The bowl i started with was from a jar that had been curing for about 4 weeks. I hadn't opened it since about 2 weeks back, as it was in it's long stage of curing after burping. When i opened the jar an enormous musk was let out, almost over powering. The bag appeal is wonderful, you definitely can't wait to try it when you see it for the first time (this was the reaction i got from samplings with my friends at least).

On the first hit you can really taste a few different things going on, the major heavyweight is the classic chem taste, but you can still distinguish a minty citrusy flavor too. Sometimes i've even noticed anywhere from a sweet to robust taste in back of my mouth.

4:30 - About 5-10 minutes after your first couple good puffs, the fun begins. First to be noticed was a heightened sense of awareness and a euphoria feeling like a warm blanket. Also to be noted within the first 10 minutes, a good indica heavy head stoned feeling. Feels good to sit down, specially low to the ground on a futon, and watch something thought provoking or just your favorite funny show, which is exactly what i did.

4:45 - Finished my first bowl, taking long deep hits every minute or so. I'm feeling very detailed oriented, focusing on side stories of shows or ultimately things i would never think of while sober. Graphic intensive clips or commercials are very awe inducing and entertaining. Very indica stoned feeling, feels like im wearing a hat, which i'm not.

4:50 - First bowl finished. No desire to smoke another, but of course since this is a smoke report, begin to pack bowl number two. Went to the kitchen to grab the phone and noticed that the daylight seemed extremely bright and vibrant through the window, almost overwhelmingly so. Noticed my cat napping in the corner, decided to go over to rub it's belly but ended up playing with him for at least 5 minutes until he walks away. Eyes are beginning to feel squinty and it feels great to sit down again.

5:15 - Nearing the end of the second bowl commercials are really beginning to seem ridiculous or hilarious, and my brain is functioning in what feels like over drive. This strain produces a very thought provoking high.

5:30 - Moved outside for a change of scenery, relaxed on the patio and just sort of sat and watched and listened. So many things seemed to be going on in which you can't help to feel like you're looking in on it all from the outside, almost in stop motion. I'm also generally interested in everything happening all around.

6:00 - Started to get hungry, walked inside to make a sandwich. Phone rang while i was checking my phone and ended up having an hour long conversation with a friend of mine. Still feeling generally heavy headed and generally pretty euphoric.

7:00 - Hunger has faded after finishing my sandwich. No longer feel like watching TV anymore, starting to come down/sober. Little bit of a lazy feeling can be felt, don't feel like going out and doing anything.

7:30 - No longer feel any effects, no ill comedown effects to be noted.

nnep....that has got to be one of the most interesting smoke reports I've ever read...and I've read quite a lot. You had me spellbound while reading...and it appears the WW had you in a bit of a spellbound state as well.

Maybe you should also post your report in the smoke reports area of the site here, so that others who don't necessarily make it down to the vendor forum area will be able to have benefit of reading it...just a thought because it is so well written! You'd make an excellent judge at the ICMag 420 cup next year.

After reading your report, I'd imagine you would want to run WW again?

You've done nothing less than a superb job documenting your grow, and making me feel like I was actually there the whole way through.

haha thanks for the overwhelming support guys. i guess you could say i modeled the smoke report after a trip report like you'd find for shrooms or LSD, i always find those much more fascinating.
