just put a hole in the celing.....those holes are easily patched.

patching up would take like 1 day.....I would look into that so you could vent into the attic and save you problems

Sheet rock is cheap and super easy to replace especially in a closet. your at like $10 or $12 in materials and an hour of labor.

265 cfm will pull a passive intake no problem, just make sure the rest of the cabinet (door gaps, hinges, etc.) is sealed up so you get a good vacuum.

yeah, we probably are going to go ahead and just run a dayton 265 in the top of the closet, I think it will just cost too much to avoid putting holes in the ceiling.
