Nod,
I use just the standard perlite...Those large chunks are nice though.. I have not ever bought any but it would work very well I'm sure.. Take care.......................... CC

I've just heard that the large chunk is better as it keeps the soil from compacting but this is my first run with it so its yet to be seen... Also thanks for the tip on Tiger Bloom for the Kushes.... |

Get to know your plants, how heavy they feel when watered and how heavy dry, and so on. But ths is the right method for causing explosive root growth.

Thanks for all the tips! capt.
Capt. Great thread!
Wondering if instead of sunshine mix if I could use ph corrected coco/perlite ? Ive been using bat guano, worm castings, blood meal. bone meal with prilled lime. then ill brew some air bubble tea. Too much work, I tried floranova about 4 years ago with soil and it was good. Iam a patient in cali and my illness is making me more lazy.
