we use a promixBX mixed with foxfarm soil we start with a 1/2 gallon move to a one gallon during veg then into two gallon pots for flowering.

we are using AN sensi grow A+B for vegetative and everything is great until flowering. the first two weeks we use sensi bloom part A+B. week three we switch connoisseur and big bud and carbo load. we only use 1 ml per L of coni because we have heard of it potential to burn plants and we use about half of suggested doseges of big bud and carbo load. About two weeks into flowering are plants started to yellow and things just got worse after we fed them coni. the got more yellow and burned from the tip of the leaf and moved inward. we gave them revive in week four with little positive results. what can i do to help my girls out? what do i need to do in the future to avoid this? P.S we havent been testing our P.H. could that be the problem

yes not checking and adjusting ph is most likely your problem. get a ph meter or drops or somthing to give you an idea of what ph your root zone is seeing. flush your plants with plain phed water from 6.3-6.5 followed by a very light nutrient mix and your plants should come back. good luck

There is some bad conni out there as well.
Flush your plants and just keep using the organic soil.

Is that FF soil Fox Farms Ocean Forest? I'm going to say this Once ... People need to choose between soil and soilless hydro ... trying to mix the 2 is why you have this thread and sick plants. I'll make the call ... without pics ... Lockout due to Salt Build Up. IMHO You'd be doing just fine with a proper flush and feed cycle in just the ProMix or building a proper soil and skipping the hydro nutes. Save the FF soil for a soil grow ... or ... better yet ... toss that inconsistent crap out in the street.

everyone is correct to some extent. There have been several bad batches of conni, and I'm willing to bet that is most likely the culprit. Ocean Forrest Is hot soil, and doesntc need ferts for first few weeks-month depending on how much water runnoff makes it way out of the pot. 25% of what you add should come out the bottom or the salts just sit in the rootzone just building up which can multiply the actual fert content eventually locking up and frying your plants. I have found that flushing with ph correct water between salt based fert applications help in soil to keep the TDS in pots stable.
