I just started to germinate the news annaC strains seeds yesterday so i thoughts it would be cool to start the Test Grow thread to have a good view from the very begining to the very late stages of the grow.

first..thanks to you Buck for the chance to do this testing..i will do my best to do this lovely genetics justice. Also, all the best to lcoop4 who do a test-grow of the same strain

so here the way i'm gonna grow these strains :

two separate grow spaces for vegetative and flowering stages.

vegetative space is composed of 2 flouros, 1 of 110w and the other of 72w. I have also a 125w envirolite lamp to help if needed.

flowering space is composed of a 600w and a 400w HPS so basically 1kw. I have a 400w MH bulb to help the last weeks of vegetative stage and i generally use a mixed spectrum (400W MH + 600W HPS) during the stretch depending of the strains specifics.

i grow in soil with organic nutes..the soil is usually a mix of Lightmix / Batmix and perlite in proportions of 60/25/15.

for the nutes part it's gonna be Ata-Organics all the way with 4 AN products.

From Ata-O i use :

Growth-C, Bloom-C, Ata-XL, Flavor (melasse).

and from AN :

SeaWeedExtract, SensiZym, Fulvic/Humic.

and for the strains..here they are :

ELE (Exctinct Level Event) = NYCD F2 x Alpha Diesel

TriIIIesel = (StrawberryDiesel x NYCD) x Alpha Diesel

Yummy D's = Yumbolt F2 x Alpha Diesel

Yumbolt F2 = easy..a F2 of the Sagarmatha Yumbolt strain done by Buck

and here the seeds in their packs (i will post more pics as soon as they pop):










i placed 8 seeds of each strains in germination so now it's only a matter of time for the things to become more interesting.

hi,

pics will come tomorrow but i'm glad to say that 100% of the seeds germed today.

they are now in cups for the first two weeks.

hello skar:wink:100% rate..thats good to hear.
koopa:wink: mentioned that there were a few no shows so I decided to do another germ test on all 3 of the X ad crosses.
koopa.....your to kind in taking on the blame but it's always better to be safe than sorry so I will run another germ test ...just to make sure.

Going to pull up a chair myself.. Those YummyD's sparked my interest the first time I heard about them. Sounds like some amazing phenos to be had. I don't know much about the others but I sure the same can be said..

Buck, all the seeds popped within' 48/72H for me with classic papertowel and water sprayer tricks. They are now all in cups (some blue cups of course under the flouros. First to pop from the soil are the ELE and Yummy D's. Healthy genes for sure.
