I would look into the aptus line for veg at least; the fasilitor and startboost in veg is un comparable to anything... shortened my veg by about 30%
I now use most the whole line and very happyy

Some good forms of silicon listed for sure... But I haven't seen anything close to the results of fasilitor from aptus. 3ml per 5gallons too. loooovin' it.
