Water chillers are expensive so unless you have an extra one sitting around it's a lot out of pocket...

for cooling both rooms why not use dual-zone mini-split ac unit. I hear Mitsubishi and Fujitsu make really good ones. Do a search on here for mini-spit ac and there are some good threads about them.
