Stem rot ? Some kind of fungus?

These plants are about 3 ft tall only been in veg about 2 or 3 weeks is it some kind of stem rot? It's not fuzzy or nothing growing off of them it looks and feels like if a stems peeled off the stalk...

Hello what's wrong with these leaves in the pictures sometimes they even curve kinda .. my last grow I had this same issue on some plants they ended up finishing out ok some not really fully...

I KEEP scoping as much as I can with a 100x handheld magnifier and still havnt seen any crawlers I've spent more time in the last week scoping than I have actually tending to my plants lol
