looks nice and healthy though, if/when i pop my blueOx seeds i will need to remember how much they stretch, 4 weeks in and it looked to still be stretching

i soaked them until they sunk, put them in wet kitchen paper for 4 days, all but 2 had tails, the last two split...

i've grown 5-6 mns strains to date, maybe 40 seeds - all having there own killer type buzz or head effect, i intent to grow the majority of his hybrid seed catalog eventually

try moving your light up a bit ''12 inches or so'' being so young they don't need much light,
