Would the CO2 produced from brewing be beneficial to the plants, would enough be produced to be a factor? I have a few jugs of wine working in a small room I grow in. I guess it can’t hurt.

True it doesn’t go bad but it can crystallize and become a pain to use. You can heat it to reconstitute but it will crystallize again after a while.
