Re-vegging a cpl outdoor gals(HPxDC,CaseyJones)

I just harvested my outdoor plants,a cpl SuperSkunks,IceCream,Lifesaver,HPxDeepChunk and a Casey Jones. I only took the top colas off the CJ and the HPxDC,and I want to reveg em. I left the lower somewhat undeveloped nugs on em,spruced the soil up a bit,sprayed em with some neem and put them inside under a pair of 400's for 24hrs.
Am I on the right track? Any suggestions that might help me ensure success?

Wish I had any advice for you, man! I've never revegged anything, so I have no clue how that'll work!
