Freezing kill rot/germs?

I found some brown rot inside a couple of rather over ripend colas - i cut the bad section of cola out completely with a fair bit of "good bud" to be sure and kept the rest. Would freezing before i dry kill anything i missed? Theres nothing visible anywhere on the bud i kept but i realize just tuching stuff moves it around. Would freezing work as quarentine before drying? In fact is it o.k to freeze wet weed?

Well some foods still go bad in a freezer but I think it would halt the rot temporarily but unless you made some hash out of it(better idea) I don't think you will be pleased smoking anything with a rot in it. I'm posetive it will burn different, and pretty sure it's not a desireable thing.

Freezing weed is fine, taking it in and out of the fridge constantly will dry it out but I think it's effects the potency when done too much. Try making some bubbleshash or bho or something out of it.

I dont think your freezer will kill it.
