Hey Folks!

Great Forum you got here! I'm an active reader for a while and really appreciate all the knowledge i got from here. I followed many grow-diaries and thought that it's time for my own.
it's my 4th indoor grow with 250W. The first three didn't turn out to well but i think now i got enough seeds and knowledge to finish this one with a good outcome ;)

Growing on Soil (All-Mix + Soving Soil) in
3,5l pots for vegitation and 7l for flowering.
Selfbuild Box (0,80m x 0,80m x 2,00m)
250W Philips Hpi-T/Son-T
225m³/h exhaust + 240m³/h CarbonActive carbon filter
Ventilator

fertilizer: BioBizz BioGrow, BioBloom
additives: BioBizz Rootjuice, Unique Floweringstimulator, Vinegar for PH regulation from 7.5-8.0 (Tapwater) to about 6.5
watering: every 2-3days manually.

I took 25 seeds
5x Alaskan Ice Fem (Greenhouse), 5x K-Train Fem (Greenhouse),
3x Satori (Mandala), 2x Sadhu (Mandala), 5x Grüne Hessin x Ersb (Own), 5x Nycd x Ersb (Own)

Even if i think the conditions where perfect, 6 seeds didn't make it. One K-Train and one of my Own NYCDxERSB.
But especially Mandala disappointed me again, including the last grows only 10 of 20 germinated. only one sadhu this time, hopefully a girl.

and here are the first pictures: (hope to get a better cam soon ;) )

i'll keep you updated :)
peace!

thanks mate :D
at the moment the gh x ersb definitly looks best (the four in the back row and one in the front/left). looks like the leaves directly poked through the soil ;D

Little Update

Little Update

Time for a litte Update. So far everything is going well. My own crosses are looking best and the Alaskan Ice seems to have much variation (like mentiond in many other threads). Pretty expensive for some experimental strain :/ but ok, let's see what they become.
peace

Hello flashgott, welcome:tiphat:
this looks good, I hope your crosses are good.
Beautiful varieties! Very interesting, that is certainly good here!
I like 250 watts sessions. As seen whether the genetics really good for what.
How is the germination of your seed?

I keep my fingers crossed that you have more luck with grennhouse!
My experiences are not the best.

wish you all the best for your project, and big fat flowers!
:lurk:

best regards

Thank you very much!
I hope i can meet all your expectations ;)

@WeedbeatTV: i used jiffys (PH6.5) for the the germination of the seeds. As mentioned in the first post only 1/10 of my own crosses, 1/5 K-Train (Greenhouse) but 4/5 Mandala-Seeds (Satori/Sadhu) didn't germinate.

greetings :)

hey guys!

it's flowering time! switched to 12/12 on saturday. never had seedlings growing so fast before. most are about 20cm tall now. Still looking healthy without fertilizer. One Alaskan Ice got giant leaves and one is tiny like a bonsai, interesting. gonna share some pictures of them soon.
still need a better cam ;) but here are some anyway...

looking good so far, now comes the thrilling part =)
greetings!

everything is looking good so far. the only mandala-seed "sadhu" was a male again. i would say i got 2 females out of 10.
my own crosses, especialy the ghXed again are early into flower and seem to be feminised as they should. the "father", a ersb which got too much stress (light/soil/ph) got hermie. i didn't notice because it only got 1 male flower and the rest was totaly female. good buds too! so it looks like this unwanted experiment finaly turns out good. other people who tested the seeds, also only got females and no hermie yet.
keep your fingers crossed ;)
alaskan ice goes late into flower and also only one K-train yet.
i'll be back with pictures soon!
greetings

hey!
i got some new pictures :) two weeks into flower and they are all still looking good. i kicked out one NYCDxERSB and one Alaskan Ice Mutant because there wasn't enough room. now there are 16 girls left. the stretch is pretty intense on most of them, hope it stops soon.
i'll be back with some bud porn in a few weeks :)

ali g would say: "wikkid, wikkid ... canna is massive" :D :smoke:

plants are looking fantastic bro. i really like the uniform look.
the opposite leaf pattern reminds me how it is to grow from seed. havent seen this for years. :D

hey!
its flowering-day 28 and i got pics again :)
i kicked out all the greenhouse-plants because i found bananas on three of them, K-Train and Alaskan Ice. Some Serious Crap there :/ Instead, my own Crosses are looking very nice but huge! seems they got a good portion of ersb in their genetics. but most important, no bananas on them yet. so my own seeds are better then greenhouse allready. but i guess this is an easy task ;D
so here we go...
greetings!

damn it. i saw some brown pistils at the pre-flower spots on the stem and found some pre-mature seeds in those calyxes... some greenhouse-plant (alaskan ice or k-train) must have had an hidden and allready opened banana. haven't found male-flowers on any of my plants so i think thats the case. i couldn't find any heavy pollinated spots either so i hope i get away with some premature seeds as they seem not to grow bigger. but disappointig anyways... :/
i got a little question: is it true that pollinated pistils always get dark from bottom to top and mature pistils from top to bottom?
thats what i observed.
still about 6-7 weeks to go, so wish me luck ;)
