Help with a "saliva" drug test

My workplace has recently started random "saliva drug testing" The word is they are checking for "marijuana" and some other unmentionable drugs that I do not do. A guy I know says he hadn't smoked for 30 days and took the test and failed right there and was fired, I don't know if he was telling the truth about what he tested positive for or not, or if he was telling the truth about the last time he smoked.

Apparently what they do is put a piece of paper under your tongue for a few seconds and take it out, and if it turns a certain color in his case he said "blue", its positive and you are shit canned.

What I would like to know is if THC is detectable in that type of drug test and if so how long I would have to stop smoking before my system is clean for thc for this type of test. Right now I have quit smoking for about 3 days.

Any information on this strange type of test I haven't heard of? and any tips on beating it? thanks,

I stopped smoking 36hours before my oral / saliva drug test and passed.
Oral / Saliva drug screens/tests can only detect cannabis for 1 to 24 hours after ingestion.

Check out wikipedia.

Gatorade daily for 5 days....
Night before drink 1 package of Certo(used for jelly,packing fruit) inside of gatorade.
Day of test repeat gatorade/Certo at least 45 minutes before test. It will mask for 3-4 hours.

From Personal experience, it works and is mentioned on sites with no testimonials.

I thought it could detect up to 36 hours but drops off considerably after 24-48. Hope this helps



p.s.
If you have time to clean your mouth with mouth wash or any cleaning agent right before the test it helps also.
