How long after rapid rooters should I transplant to soil?

Title says it all.

After putting seeds in RRs how long after they pop up should I put into soil?

as soon as you see roots.
you dont want to wait too long after that because you will just be stunting growth.

the roots are looking to expand and grow, so keep them happy.

Also be sure to bury the stem all the way to the leaves because it will continue to stretch
