I will continue now to write in english as i dont write in finnish very well, but i have a question that maybe someone can answer it, does police will watch electricity using in finland ??? and if yes then what is the normal using what can be done.

How much electricity are you planning on using? If you're a small time grower, i wouldn't worry about that too much.

yeah i know, in Estonia i know they watching electric bills and if u have too much electric use then they will gonna watch u, lets hope its not happening here.

1000W isn't even that much these days when ppl got home studios and big ass TV's and all kindsa power draining stuff. Sure they could proly check out the hours, i don't know a guy who keeps his TV on for 12hrs, then off for 12hrs, unless a Game of Thrones marathon is on da TV. But undermanned cops in Finland.. Don't think they'll have time for stuff like that.
