Sick plants Leaf curl and wrinkles

Hello everyone. These are some headband grown outdoors in a hempy bucket. 80coco/20 perlite

Fed Maxibloom 7grams per gallon 4ml cal Phed to 5.8-6.2

Well recently figured out my ph meter has been of and has been corrected and my gals still haven't bounced back. Was feeding at 5.4-5.6 most likely. Started feeding at 6.2 to correct the fluctuation and flushed somewhat. They're not dying but they're not growing either. Just halted in time.

Temps are 60-75
Rh-50-60
At beginning of bloom but stopped since.

First picture is not of the headband but I believe its related in the same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Any ideas other pictures don't seem to load now. She hasn't grown in 3 weeks just sitting staagnant. New growth is yellow and just never grew. Only on the upper half of plant
