Sun system LEC grow lights

Hey hows it going. Was curious if anyone else was running the Sun System 315 LEC lights? Been running them for about 4 weeks and I'm liking them better then my old HPS 600 watt.

Currently I have 2 lemon diesels and 4 girl scout cookies (unsure of authenticity as it could be sour D) also have a bit of experimenting going on to see which methods work good under the lec lighting. A few are being sroged out and a few are un topped and a few are topped

So I'm on day 37 and the frost is pouring on these beautiful ladies. The lemon diesel has more frost right now but nothing can beat the aroma from this girl scout cookie. I currently have my lights on 11 1/12 off 12 1/2 idk I guess I'm weird and think sleeping is good for my plants. Anyways thinking of putting another 315 lec light in my 4 x 4 but not sure yet.

I am very interested that you like it better then a 600, as I do believe a 600 would blow away this bulb, no matter how efficient this bulb is..

it's a nice bulb, but to me the limitations are.. and it's a big one is if you need to run more lighting, your space has to be long and not square.. so I feel what they gave us was a good bulb for certain applications..

I am also going to go out on a limb here being as I don't run this space, is these are not 3x3 coverage area bulbs.. I've seen enough 600 over a 3x3 to know myself, I would never run it.. so to me your stuck at a 2.7 x 2.7 or tuning it down in a 2x2 tent or running the 200 watt bulb.

I've had some impressive growth with a plant known to be a low yielder, and was more then happy with my results. so I'm glad your enjoying it, as your not the only one seeming to like these new bulbs, enjoy!

On my next run I may try and do a side by side, I think I may have a 600 watt still laying around as a back up light. But yeah I'm pretty impressed with the resin production and how everything is turning out. At 1st I was really skeptical About this light but I'm loving it. It's also great on electricity, here in az the heat becomes an issue in the summer and these lights produce little heat I would say less than some leds. Leds would be my next investment as I've been really interested in a lush, can't afford anytime soon haha so I'm also lookin at a blackdog

Been awhile sorry. Once I can I'm gonna convert my rooms to CMH the 315s yield a little less but as I'm figuring them out I noticed they work best for my new grow style. I have an aeroponic cloner and I use that for 24 days then transplant clones (have a pretty good root system by then) and flip them into flower. I transplant into 2 gallon (going to try 1 gallon next time)

Yields are in comparison with my 600 watt except way more resin production. Here is a picture of my harlequin x headband at day 27
