For leaf sucking pest.Maybe as a preventative like a oil based spray. If it could im sure it wouldnt leave any after taste being that its used in candy,fruits and veggies dental floss, on and on.
That would choke the stomata on your leaves and your plants would be unable to breathe, I don't think it is a good idea. It's the same thing that happens if you spray too much emulsified oils on your leaves. And it's not the oil like properties of neem that stop leaf suckers, it's the active chemical in neem oil.
Good idea, but I don't think it would do anything but hurt.
