Hightimes 2014 AMS

My wife has been wanting to go to AMS but it is tough for us to travel with a 9 year old in school. But we got her sister to come into town when she can so we can fly out. As luck would have it, we will be in AMS Nov 22-26.
Question, and I read through all 11 pages of this thread....
We don't want to go to any concerts, just not that into the music and we are old. But we do want the best weed we can try when over there. Do we need the 'Judge's pass' to get the best stuff?

it really depends though, if you are interested in the strains entered in to the high times cup you will need a pass to buy them in some coffee shops. they do tend to keep the best stuff to enter competitions so you can some times find interesting stuff in the line up. i know that some cup entries are only sold to folks with a pass, at least it was like that last time i went, few years back now, lol.
Thanks for the insight guys. I will have to check and see what I can find about the entry list. I have to do all the tourist stuff to keep the wife happy so we will probably be scouting out the best sativas. However, I hate to shell out $200+ just get their version of top shelf.

i know a lot of the crew will be working during the daytime, im sure we will find plenty to do
also like the idea of getting to the venue via a boat / ferry.. we will see

all of the above except for dabs rock my boat, lol. but some nice Haze would be particularly interesting for me, not to mention nice Kushes and hybrids.
oh and not too interested in the import unless it's 1 in a thousand or so.

Wont be partaking during the cup week but ill be hitting AMS beginning of November. Ill be on the lookout for import hash, especially asian ones.No place on earth will have such an extensive selection of hash.finding decent quality is a whole other story, not to mention the ridiculous coffeeshop prices.
Can't beat the taste and caracter of a creamy gooey charas.
Oh and i'll try a few kushes too, they are hard to find in my neck of the woods...nightcaps...
