I bought a roll of that hardware cloth years ago to make my first DIY carbon scrubber...and I've been rereading Ichabod and Marlo's threads again...so it just kinda came together.
I've been carrying that 12"x18" piece around for almost 5 years lol



Far as I can tell it's over. Seedlings I haven't culled might have another inch or two to go...but we'll play that by ear.

Outdoor temps are better so the heat is much more manageable luckily.


Was in the design thread earlier n' read a post by dansbuds. He mentioned passive intake from the house instead of the outdoors as the house temps are usually right up our alley as far as lights off temps go....kinda regretting making all those fucking holes in my floor now.



So we had this "tough on crime" bullshit bill passed a few years ago in Canada called the "C-10". I won't bore you with the details but it goes something like this.

Mandatory Minimum's for Plant Counts

1-5 plants you get a fine
6-200 plants you get 6 months
201-500 you get a year
500+....I dunno didn't get that far.


(preforming an act of bestiality infront of someone under the age of 16 will get you 90 days... just so we have a reference point of how fucked up the war on drugs actually is)

And really if I had room for 499, 4ft fucking Kush plants ...I shit you not I'd be the fuck all over that...

Now I don't enjoy doing time, Federal or Provincial...but 6 months for 6-200? That's a fuckin' cake walk. I'm not gonna go out of my way to get popped or anything. But that whole "do the crime do that time" thing...easy as pie.

So ... provided I can get the clones ...when I set up my 4x8 table this January...I'm thinking 6 clones per sqft.

That'll gimme 192.

Gonna have to do a F&D or some fucking thing....I'm not top feeding those kinda numbers...

Everytime I think of hydroton my feet start getting sore...

I haven't had a drink since Monday night I think n' I'm all hopped up on caffeine n' cinnamon swirls...

Seriously though I find it harder to care for a shit ton of clones than to veg a few big ones. Can get close to the same yield just takes more veg. That's managing a clone factory to have 190 healthy clones means u need to take like 600 to get the best ones.

Edit: ....hell....I could probably root cuts right in the fucking table as well... replace the ones that don't root with ones out of the aero-cloners...

Well if u dedicate a veg space, and have them ready the day u harvest u don't lose any days flowering. It just takes that initial investment in time to veg that first batch to get the perpetual going.

But if ur up for the clone game there is nothing more efficient. Id love to see it.

Yeah it's dicey.

My neighbor wants me to help set him up a grow of his own. By that I mean he wants to use all the extra lights n' whatnot I have sitting around. ...and I'll either have to tend to them myself or automate the system or he'll "over love" them to death.

But as I don't have a dedicated ...hell I don't even have room for a temp set up....

This might be the road to go.

Killed off the last of the seedlings, some were male, some just looked at me funny.

Gonna space them out tomorrow, single tier stadium type thing with 400's probly.

Gonna go dig my sump pump outta the shed n' see what size it is...thinking aeroponics for the 4x8 table...I mean if I'm gonna fuck this up....I might as well do it properly.

Took 6 hours of fucking around...but I got everyone to fit between 18"-20" from the bulb.

20 days in so the Ushio went back in the box n' I stuck a HPS that has way too many hours in there as a replacement. I've some new 600's but I'm saving them for the next grow.

...can't remember if anything else was going on...all I can think of is beer.

seriously though its amazing how different the room looks when the lights on compared to off. almost thought it was a different room.

Ive always got system ideas. not really aero though, but yeah tell me what ur thinking as far as plant count, room space and height, and bulb and wattage u want to use. Some duct tape, a toothe pic, paper clip, and a stick of gum and we'll mcgyver this shit.
