read the threads abuot breeding..

what your going to see.. is some that look like the reversed plant.. some that look like the plant that was seeded.. and a mix between the two.. and also.. random phenos of stuff that will be the TRUE PARENTS of the S1... lots of phenotypes pop up in S1s.. so I can only imagine the amount in a cross with them.

Im familiar to the normal ways off breeding (male/female etc) and the expected offspring, so there will be no issue with using a reveresed s1 for my pollen? thanks

Is the reversed pollen going to be used on clones that came from the same female which the reversed individual came from? If so, then you are making an S2 generation, and you should be aware that, with each selfed generation, inbreeding depression becomes more of a problem - the plants will loose vigor/grow more slowly/be more prone to pests/disease.

If you can, find some brothers/sisters of the mother plant to breed with the S1/S2 generation. That is if you want to preserve the strain in a helthy state for the future. Keeping something alive by continually selfing it is a dead end road.

your best bet is to make s1 seeds with a similar strain,it will have vigor, then do a couple back crosses to the original clone
