So I get a sales pack from a seed vendor

Last week in the mail we got a sales pack,you know one of those "here is our product please sell it" deals
Looking through their product list they are selling their seed packaging with their logos and all that in bulk, empty
anyone else see this as a bad idea?

I can get free sample packs from just about any packaging supplier thru the collective I work with.

No sir what I'm talking about here is that they are selling their seed packaging complete with their name strain and all that EMPTY and in bulk
Thinking that some unscrupulous vendor will buy the empty packing and load it with whatever beans that they may have and sell it as genuine product

Yup, I bought fem seeds in toronto from a well known vendor....sucks paying for fem when you get a bunch of males...now doubt over strain is in the back of my mind.


That is why i like dealing with cuts....no guesswork....proven strain, name might be wrong occasionally, but it is usually great genetics regardless.

Are you sure thats what they mean for you to do????
If so then ya scandelous as hell.
Are you sure its not just a sample they have preprinted to show you what kind of product they can provide you with.
I very much doubt that their intention is to mislead your consumer.
In fact its up to the seed supplier to load the pack correctly.
Im sure they are just pushing the angle look see how proffessional you can look using our packs. Sort of a thing.

Clones are known to have diseases, pests. Much prefer seeds over clones (unless you absolutely KNOW the source, but that's just me.

Many dispensaries are after the almighty legal tender, thus haste in cloning, areas not kept clean causing problems. Have known a good half dozen patients that brought home thrips, powdery mildew from a dispensary "cut".

Buyer Beware....clones or seeds.

Yes diseases can suck....wasting 3 months growing out beans that aren't as advertised sucks worse tho.

I can deal with critters and disease. On the other hand, getting genetics that turn tranny without any stress is even worse, friends have been burned this way.... Or genetics that are supposed to be a 80/20 sativa that just turn out to be your typical fat leaved quick flowering indica...

On the other hand, I have some BCBD GrapeApe beans that were gifted to me that I am quite pleased with...despite the rep that company has on here. He said they were breeders packs..whatever that means nowadays...

All in all...I blew over 300 bucks on beans in Toronto, and they were supposed to be Feminized, and since I keep my #'s within my very low plant limit(compared to everyone else I know)...it fucked up my schedule...

So yeah...shitty beans SUCK..

Fuck I need to get stoned.....Time for some sativa leaning shotgunn'd skunk I grew out 2yrs ago...
