What do you see?

Perfectly healthy and green Chem4 with consistent growth until week 6. Without any insight to what I think caused my problem I'd like to know what you guys think happened based on what you see. Hint, I had multiple strains growing in the same environment, the CD4 took it the worst, OG second, and GSC barely showed signs of stress.

Not enough info to provide a goos answer.

Where on the plant is the problem starting?
What do you feed them?
Details of your environment?

I have run these genetics before in the same environment and same nutes with beautiful results. The only thing I changed this time was to treat them for a minor spider mite sighting in week 6. I did three foliar sprays of mighty wash, once every three days. Killed the mites, but god damn did it burn my babies. Stunted their growth dramatically. I saw very little new growth in the folliwing 4.5 weeks.
Do you guys think this could have been caused by the mighty wash?
Have you guys used mighty wash?
Have you used it in bloom?
Am I really supposed to rinse it off after each use?
Has anyone else experienced this type of burn?

I have used MW and had no ill effects. I don't really think that's it. At first sight of your pics, I thought Root Aphids. Do the Spud test. 1" thick slices of raw potato on top of medium, 1 per pot. Check soil[?] side daily. Be quick, use good light, and preferably a large magnifying glass. Good luck. -granger

P.S.-If you want help, you'll get more participation if you give all the details you can.

Granger, You're the man. I also considered this as a possibility. I did the spud test and posted pictures of what I found in the "fungus gnats or WINGED ROOT APHIDS???" thread.

In addition to the information I shared in that post I recently harvested and examined the roots and coco and did not see any pests crawling around with the naked eye. After harvest I removed the root balls, soaked the coco with imid and cannazym solution and plan to reuse. The coco will stay bagged for a few days and receive a few flushes before reusing.

Let's assume that it was root aphids that caused this problem. Is it possible for them to effect different strains, within the same tray, to different degrees? Do you think soaking the coco in imid for an hour, letting sit for a few days in bags, and flushing will allow the coco to be used again safely?

Now, lets assume the problem was not caused by root aphids. What the heck is going on if it's not some sort of burn from the mighty wash?

I would not use Imid for that purpose. Use Insecticide Soap [not homemade] or Pyrethrum [no PBO].

It's possible that you got a burn from MW or any liquid on leaves under harsh light. I don't think the MW itself would do that. I could be wrong. Good luck. -granger

I have 0 experience with Insecticide Soap. What product would you recommend?

I've only seen pyrethrum in fogger form. What pyrethrum product do you recommend for a soil drench?

What would you use Imid for?

Thanks a lot.
