Liquid budswell

Is it recomended to bubble the liquid stuff? I know it is beneficial to oxygenate the water but is it neccassary to get the benefits of this product?

Also will an ec meter still be of use when using nutes such as pbp with guanos/castings added?

If you grow organic you don't need an EC/PPM and pH meter at all. The pH will be self corrected in the root zone by the soil and some other stuff.

ec meter is useless when using organics..never used the liquid so cant comment on it...saying you never have to deal with ph is bullshit...depends on the soil components...if done right then yes ph generally aint an issue..

If he grows organic he doesn't need to adjust the pH. Thats what I have written before. I have grown organics in the past and I never had to adjust anything at all.

I use liquid budswel from week 4 of flower until flush...it is a great organic bloom stimulator. My nute tank is aerated before..I add my base..budswel..and feed. I don't believe that you need to aerate the solution for an extended period of time to make it effective. Hope this helps.,.

Thanks ,appreciate all the input.

I have used pbp and just read the plant and adjust doses but this time I wanted to get more precise and try to really have an understanding.

I came upon the budswell because I wanted to switch to promix from OF because of the price honestly, and was looking for organic products make up for some of the stuff lost from the switch.

I was wondering if I could just add it in with the pbp or if I had to treat it as a tea.

I typically grow in a full amended organic soil - but when I'm trying to push my plants a bit harder - I use the yellow label liquid - I like it.

All per gallon of water:

wk2:
1/4 tsp Thrive Alive B1 (green label)

wk 3:
1 tsp of Earth Juice Meta-K
2 tbsp of Budswel Liquid (yellow)

wk 4:
1 tsp of General Organics Cal/Mg

wk 5:
1 tsp Earth Juice Meta-K
2 tbsp Budswel (yellow label)

My soil is pretty "rich" in general - so a little bit of the bottle stuff goes a pretty long way for me personally. These pics were at wk 6 and you'll notice the tips being a little bit burnt:

And then in wk9 things are still a bit green - notice again the burnt tips:

But still really good quality flowers...

I'm not going to say it's any better or different than say - reading the label and making your own compost tea - but it certainly is quicker and less messy in the long run - which is why I tend to utilize it. It's a next best thing to doing it yourself that is widely available...

What medium are you in? What other nutrients do you use? I use it in a mostly synthetic formula at 10-20ml along with hi-brix, in terms of organic additives. But because I use synthetics as the main source I don't use any other organics as they tend to clunk up in coco and the end product is arguably worse.

compost soil all the way in terms of true organics.
