Funny or just plain ridiculous? (Autopot customer service)

As the titel question says. What do you think? Personaly i find it rather funny

So i bought some of their liquid "Easy2grow" fert. I was having second thoughts about the amount to feed. So i followed their instructions on the bottle, and went to the website for a "complete" feeding schedule. Couldn't find anything, and then went on to use the contact form.

Here is the mail exchange

Hi

I am growing my plants in soil, and using Easy2grow liquid fertiliser. During the veggetive stage, should i add fert every time i water the plants?

Thank you in advance

<Autopot>
Hello,

You should continuously add the fertiliser throughout the whole crop. The easy2grow liquid feed is a one part general feed and is suitable for growth and bloom. Every time you refill your tank you should add the nutrient.

I am not sure what you mean by every time I water the plants…. our system should be doing that for you.

Kind Regards

Hello,

Thank you for the reply :)
I do not have your pot systems. I'm new to indoor growing (Cannabis), so for starters i'm running with a low budget setup. Growing in standard pots with Biobizz soil, and i have the "Liquid Easy2grow" fert from you guys. I'm watering my plants every 2-3 days, or when/if they need it. So my question is this. Do i add the fert to all the water i feed my plants, or should i have days where they only get clean water? And for cannabis, should i stick to 5ml/liter water in veggetive stage (as described on the bottle), and 10 in later flower stage?

Thanks again :)

As what you are doing is illegal I can no longer offer any advice. We will not supply you any additional products and I strongly recommend you stop immediately.

Please do not contact us again.

You need to chill Paul. Or perhaps smoke a joint !

I am doing NOTHING illigal what so ever. The woman i'm engaged to, lives in California US. And she has permission to grow for medical use (and i help her). I am home in Denmark for a little less than a month, to visit family. I promised her to ask you the questions, and i did. Rest assured that you will NOT sell any more products to either of us !

For your own sake, i hope this reply, is something you NEED to do, to avoid any issues with the law.

Have a super nice day !

Kind regards :)

Ofc he couldn't know about my girlfriend in the US. But seriously? :tiphat:

On a more serious note. Should i add fert to all the water i give my plants?.... Hehe

Plants do not like to be fertilized all the time.....you'll suffer results of over watering/overfertilizing causingf plant to STRESS!

Every 3-4 waterings in veg(1/2 strength), every 3-4 waterings for flower, using water in between to dilute nitrogen prep for phosphorus. Then 1/2 strength to start, in between watering... then full strength for most of bloom stage. Just water the last few weeks to leach out nutrient build up.

i have fertilized every watering with no issues...a while back i had many grows and being stoned a lot and not organized i forgot when i had fertilized what...i found using the amount recommended for foliar was excellent for constant fertilizing for most ferts...so it can indeed be done.YMMV... as long as weed is federally illegal a lot of companies wont deal with you once you mention MJ..you grow tomatos when dealing with most companies

This. I checked out AutoPot's site- they seem to heavily imply their product is good for cannabis whilst never explicitly saying so, and explicitly denying it when asked directly, all for the purposes of covering their ass. They use "herb production" in basically the same way Extenze commercials use "certain part of the male body"- to be lawsuit-proof.
