Bulb suggestions?

I'm going to be replacing a 250 WATT HPS bulb in the near future and was hoping for some suggestions/recommendations if anyone has any.

I was considering a conversion bulb, but wasn't sure on the pros and cons of them.

I'm in soil in a 33x33x63 tent, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
