im all about quality, growing lots of small tasty mold free buds appeals to me, after seeing big buds the size of ale bottles ruined by rot this year :(

I have found a lot of small compact buds to be rain/mold resistant .

Nice Leb Mary Jane G

That sneaky bastard mold likes to creep along the stem's, not good when you have buds totally covering the limb....

maryjane either your 3 ft or those are magic beans! would fluffy mind if i borrowed some compost? :)

This thread gives me hope for next year . Not grown outdoor in the UK but I enjoy a challenge . Went with the safe option of same easy sativa and purple maroc for next season and might pick up some auto seeds to do in the garden .Seeing what can be grown in the UK makes me wish I had tried growing outdoors years ago . Good luck to you all with your harvest .

the small buds stacked up the stem are sexy :) im all about quality, growing lots of small tasty mold free buds appeals to me, after seeing big buds the size of ale bottles ruined by rot this year :(

the blue family are tough plants ive found and excellent to smoke :)

I do agree; the bigger the bud, more chances for mould.

If the bud is smaller, needs less time to dry. I was checking a termohigro I have inside home: 72 % this same moment.

Plants with a main central bud, somentimes start developing the mould inside the bud, and then goes spreading all over.

This is BB grown last year, same área, same way.

Harvested 13 th October, Sunday after a quite rainy night.
No mould.
1 M Tall, 48 gr.
Kushberry in the same spot

Bigger buds = mould issues.
Cut down 29 Sept I saved a bit more tan 1 OZ.

I have a pack of Early Girl to germinate next year.
I think could be a nice bet for humid conditions, if is the same as 10 years ago.

Yeeeeeehaw. Buddymate is da MAN. I bullshit you not. He IS da man, without question.

I have never in real life set eyes on such huge bags of precision trimmed primo bud.

That is a sight for sore eyes, and a real inspiration even to us small timers, showing how it gets done if one has the requisite bawls of steel.

Good job Buddymate, and the others representing the UK. Y'all are taking no prisoners this year, and the pictures are up to prove it.

Nice work, Buddy! I hope that you've set up remote cameras around the perimeter, so that you remain secure.

looking good as ever buddymate - from what distance on the approach can you smell em?

He's probably desensitised to the smell after being around so many plants. An outsider could probably smell them from further away.

Mine's all harvested now :)

Left some behind, there was more than I want - no need to overdo it, after all.

The hybrid was almost mould-free - just a couple of specks on bud leaves :

One Cheeseleb surprised me with a really skunky smell, was subtle until a couple of weeks ago, then suddenly developed the funk. Yum.

That hermie one stank pretty strange and was totally self-seeded so it's gone in the hash except for 2 branches, just to see how the flavour & hit turn out. Never smelled stuff like it before, sort of gunpowder/chipped flint & yoghurt.

Been a good season here :)
Virtually grew itself, only needed a bit of surroundings trimmed and a shoelace or two.

I went to a plantation this evening, immediately after working all day on a plot,I could differentiate the sickly sweet boquet of the strain on it which differentiated it from the fruity/shit scent of the work plot from maybe 50? yards.
