You come to BC I'll make sure you've got enough beans to run with for a few years :D

Medical growing is legal, but there is a court case going and that is not set in stone. Appeal upon appeal should keep things kosher.

Otherwise, there is more than enough sparsely occupied land and a power company that only wants their bills paid, to do as you please.

(Edit: Now I remember you hehehe, you never replied to my query)

Highly ironic fact of the day: the country where you're the freest to grow cannabis in all the world is North Korea.

North Korea lol interesting but i think i will stay on the USA/Canada idea

Still looking for text laws but i think the first step will be to move abroad and see which place looks cool, a little trip to colorado then washington, oregon looks beautiful too and BC is not too far too...

Really not trying to be a dick but the title really threw me. I'm saying this hoping it only helps in your quest or better command of the English language anyway. To EMIGRATE is to move WITHIN a country, To IMMIGRATE is to move to another country. Sounds like you are asking where to immigrate?

@ sirius haze-

Colorado is buttoned up tight on commercial edible ventures. What I've found, unless you have a lot of money (for licenses, a quality clean baking facility), those in the business currently do not like the competition.

However, coming up with a good product for dispensaries, showing you can do it better....there's room....you'll have to work at it. You'll have to make sure it aligns with what the State wants (consistent %, labeled)and win over dispensary owners that would peddle your product.

Good luck in your relocation!

I could envision a cannabis themed bakery.

You could really make a niche market if you had high end baked goods, coupled with high end cannabis infusion. Think birthday cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes for parties ect..

In my humble opinion, edibles stand out when they are made with high quality ingredients, and presented in a professional matter. Too many 'brownie' and 'cookie' these days. Infused organic/natural snacks/candy/baked goods, presented/packaged professionally by a manufacturer with complete transparency...this is the future.

I got to talk to these folks, and was impressed by them and their product http://www.auntiedolores.com/

so u lif in europe? how do u think u get a green card...
play lottery?

i´m not sure, but to immigrate somewhere it has to give me more than only ONE law article which i don´t like...

in my country ppl go into jail for cannabis"abuse" to, perhaps its the same country?

i only can say that europe sucks US Americas dick and if that dick spits juice which doesn´t criminalise cannabis users anymore, europe´ll shower in that juice sooner or later, too...

in other words, if usa stops prohibition, europe will too, :tiphat:

just hold on, fella

Hey bro,

Sometimes ppl react like overdose of some emotion or feelin. I guess its not where u r, its more of what u do.

Ya i share the same proplems like u. Believe me, i also know the gastronomical business. Its hard overall the world. Its possible there r countries in which u have more possibilities or oortunities to go in some or the other direction, but rly the main part in beein happy is what u do of ur givin choices. Sure! - one choice is to emigrate, but remember dont be pure ideological. Take a huge amount of input before u imigrate somewhere.
