Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. Gro, I can sleep at night now that you cleared up what the hell happened. Gonna read up on anaerobic brews next. That was never my intention, and it won't happen again.

The twin's sister is doing great. Seems she never reacted to the brew, which goes to show how strong she is. You can see the zinc lockout to the top leaves, most likely because the added phosphorous and my trying to raise the ph thinking this is the right thing to do during flowering. I think the biggest thing I've learned is that using the Fox Farms Ocean Forest I don't need to add anything. That's going to be my next grow. Hopefully I won't screw up the germination, and raise 2 little ladies the right way. We'll see how that's going to turn out. The FFOF is easier for me to store, instead of getting all the other stuff I need to creating a soil mix. I'd love to do it, and I'd take interest in raising them from start to finish with the biggest blooms possible. However, currently the space I have is too prohibitive, so I'll go with the easier way. I have enough WW seeds left (bought from a friendly Dutch seed vendor), and after having tasted a small sample, man, all I can say is that I've returned to the living. Gro, even though I toasted some bottom nugs, and they tasted slightly harsh, I've been flying. Can't wait to see what's going to happen when they're ripe.

Really looking forward to this harvest:

:pumpkin:

Now for the bad. Funny what a difference a day makes:

Cheers guys. Happy growin' and tokin'. And let's hope we can fix this planet and see a solution to the endless strife in the world.

You can always buy a small trashcan or tote an mix ur dirt in there to let sit an cook. This is what I'm going to do next round, an it takes minimal space to do.

Just read 2 weeks before its time to chop, you should either go dark altogether, or reduce lights to 8 on / 16 off (more of an invitation to try it). I doubt I'll notice any difference, but I'm going to step up the pace a little.

Looks like picking up the pace is the thing to do. Plant #1 is starting to show more inter veinal yellowing, and some of the same properties as the twins did (who art in heaven in a brown paper bag, awaiting cremation ). The top leaves are even starting to curl and have slight necrosis. The big difference is that there is 85% good healthy green foliage, and the buds are looking plump. Triches are still clear, so we'll see what happens by next week.

I'm going to look further into the option of cooking my own soil. I'll check back with Ohana Green House to see if they have gotten some of the smaller bags in now that they've moved. That's still got a bit to go yet.

Thanks for all the assist. Every time you guys post, it gets me more and more interested in producing some high quality herb. Hana hou! (Let's do it again!!)

Ohana hasn't moved, Green hands of aloha did. I tried to go last week but they were still moving. They got a nice set up of amendments.

Ohana moved from Democratic St. to Republican St. about 4 months ago. They sold out of the smaller bags of soil (20 or 25 lbs. ?) just before moving, and that's when I wound up going to Hawaiian Hydroponics. All in all, I'm kind of comfortable with the FFOF. I'll have to see how I'm feeling a month from now. I've never tried Green Hands. I was looking for them after I left Ohana, but I really wasn't sure where they were. Aren't they mostly hydro (says the man who last bought from Hawaiian Hydroponics ha-ha)?

Didnt know Ohana just moved a bit ago. Haven't bought from Green Hands but when i was in there they had a cool set up with a crap load.....pun intended.....of amendments in a separate room, so i know they got soil stuff. What ya think of Hawaiian Hydro, was gonna check them out my last purchase but just went to Ohana.

Hawaiian Hydro is good. They know their stuff, and they're really helpful. I didn't get the impression that it was all about the sale for them. I told them I was a noob, and they gave me their card and told me I could call with any questions. Other than that, Ohana has far more to choose from as far as soil goes, whereas HH only has the Fox Farm.

The biggest lesson from this first experience is that the changes you make to your feeding and watering don't happen overnight. I was thinking that if I adjusted the Ph, the problem was solved. Now I know that it takes about 1 1/2 weeks. I don't know if any of you get immediate results when you flush or adjust when watering, but I've just learned it takes patience. Maybe if I knew this a little earlier, I could have avoided some problems, but it's all a growing experience :clock watch:
