I've seen tons of shit like this in medical states! I saw a guy looking to trade is Apple TV for a half oz. I've seen guys trying to trade laptops, phones, software, video games, DVDs, sunglasses, clothing...all for ganja! I have a buddy that pays for everything in weed, oil change on the car, electronics, various gear and services.

It really should be our national currency! The Dollar is worthless in comparison!

In non medical states, the synthetic cannabinoids and herbal blends containing them are spreading like wildfire on craigslist.

A few years ago I posted an ad under missed connections, looking for a "fat, mature, smelly female", obviously trying to find some dank. I tried making it as clear as possible.

I was all like, "When I undressed you, I immediately smelled your strong odor and knew I was in for a treat. I want you to intoxicate me like you did before. You were very colorful." etc...

It didn't work. Actually, I got one response for somebody trying to sell me fucking "Juicy Fruit" for 50. I declined as I assumed it was some shitty Canadian beaster.

EDIT: Also, California seems to be exporting a lot of Blue Dream, as it's been arriving in bulk in the midwest lately. I too don't see anything special about it. Nice buds, but it doesn't get me very high.

No gray area to it. The guy has a pic with cannabis on a scale and the table in the background covered with cannabis. And he states that it is fresh from California. The impression is bagging cannabis that has been transported across state lines. He dared the law to bust him and they did. It would be the exact same deal if he was selling or trading alcohol or tobacco from out of state.
With legalization will come taxation and tax stamps on the packaging. States get pretty nasty when you undercut them of tax revenue.

sorry high but that's simply not true. az. is pretty liberal I got popped twice, even the cop told me possession of less than 2 pounds is considered personal use not a felony.it is a cartel filled toilet. I would worry more about cartel violence, or heat stroke than mr arpaio. joe ain't that bad, if you had to keep a large metropolis safe from 10s of 1000s of cartel members. you would understand. not that I support leo. but i've lived it and I know the risks to all people.

This post is old, but things are a changing. I see ads like this in our staunch republican state. The ads don't disappear but keep coming back.. Leo isn't out there busting tiny sales as they use to do...however, in this state, 2ozs will still get you in deep trouble. I stay under that!

Let's watch the conservatives once again attempt to divide our country based upon morality and religion.

Fortunately, things have changed a lot since the good ol' Moral Majority daze.

Religion has taken a big hit thanks to so many church leaders having affairs, some of them gay, not to mention the Catholic Church's ever growing scandals.

Republicans have their own problems with many sexual scandals going back to the Bush admin. So it's kinda hard for them to run on family values without seeming to be hypocrites.

And conservative repubs like Meg Whitman and this Fiorini, are nothing more than big biz proxies, and we all know how highly Americans think of big biz these days.

But they're gonna try to preach to us values that only come up during election time, and are usually exactly the values that they throw away afterwards by seeking sexual gratification outside of marriage or personal gain.

So they're gonna hype the "dangers" to children of cannabis, ignoring the dangers of other drugs that are routinely prescribed for children at school.

They're gonna cry about the "social costs" of cannabis, while ignoring completely the social and health costs of tobacco and alcohol.

They're already crying about how they're gonna need MORE law enforcement and the economic burdens it will put upon cities and counties, completely ignoring the fact that fewer leos will be needed, and tax revenues more than compensate for any actual economic costs of implementing marijuana legalization.
