I am currently covered by the injunction but will be moving in the near future. I heard that conroy was going back to court at some point to clarify if the injunction covered this. Has it happened yet? any news on the court date? I would imagine its fine to carry on, but really don't want any trouble.

from what I understand, if you move and your address changes, you are no longer covered by the injunction. I know one of the plaintiffs' in the case moved before the injunction trial and she is now not covered. John Conroy said he would try to address this issue in pre-trial motions but I haven't heard anything yet.

I believe if you move, the govt' requires you to register the new address...the catch....no more MMAR so you will lose you right to grow or possess...I "believe"...someone else may have more info

Seriously my friend, in the spirit of auto-production and self-sufficiency, i would still move. Keep all your paperwork tidy, respect your plant count and be a bit stealthier than our normal lackadaysical demeanour... I doubt a crown prosecutor would bother with the case. Unless you are one of those with 4 x 500 plant licences growing three pound threes, and your condition is legitimately on the record and documented, i would proudly stand erect in front of any judge and please ask him to tell the pôlice to gently suckle my balls as i cum on their forehead.
But that 's just me....and i am about to move right now! Because my landlord rented the floor under ours to a day camp full of little ones......
It almost sounds like a fucking setup....

i moved last nov. and plan to add the costs to the class action suit if possible.

They will literally have to keep me behind bars to stop me from growing a plant.

but in any case, if anybody gets arrested, no one will see a day in jail. you will be able to push back the court dates until legalization or decrim at the very least, has occured....
