There is very high humidity where I grow, though I have a shorter growing season than you. I grow KC33, which would be a fantastic strain for you as it has very strong resistance to mold and blight, and is a heavy yielder.
It has Thai and Brazilian genetics in it. Those are the type of genetics you want; equatorial sativa genetics. They'll grow big, utilize your long growing season, and they have relatively airy buds that will handle the humidity well.
Look at KC33, Power Plant, SSH, Neville's Haze, etc. Pretty much just look for sativa leaning strains.
Thanks mold is a problem in my garden every year mostly because of the fall rain showers with 1oo degree heat! Do you have any suggestions on a good seed company to order from?? im new to good genetics so I really have no clue.
I have grown decent bud in Ga, I would go with some sort of Sativa, try Hazeman seeds or Cannabiogen. Also had really good results from Super lemon Haze one year.
Try some of the things from Mandala Genetics. They have several faster flowering sativa varieties that are selected for having a high resistance to such things...
As for growing outdoor in GA - I wouldn't dream of it...
