Help Feeding My Babies.

I was wondering if its a must to clean the res out every week? My Babies seem to be doing fine. I last cleaned changed water and renuted it all last tuesday. My water level is still high. THe Ph has been great and i am still reading a 784 ppm. SO should i clean add fresh water and new nutes or just give it another week?> Any help will be great sense my Brother wont pick up the phone to help me.

Some clean every 10 days, some not. It's not necessary if you maintain it and keep an eye on the EC and pH levels. Lets say if your plants have used like the half of your res you just add water to the res (measure it) and apply the nutes bit by bit till you get the pH and EC desired. I bet many people wont agree with me but this is exactly what a nutrient computer does.

As long the pH and EC levels in your res are good then you shouldn't do anything. You can change the water every X period. Every strain and growroom is different so you have to see it yourself.

Electrical Conductivity, this is one of the factors that controls the ability of the plant to take up nutes from your growing medium. Many Americans are using the ppm unit for the EC while we Euro fellows use ms/cm. It should be on the growschedule that came along with your nutes (Euro brands always use ms/cm which is displayed like EC 2,6).
