they are feminized for sure. Can anyone give me some information on Mykes potting mix for organic growing!?
I've never used Mike's but it's organic! That good!

Be careful with those seedling roots. Just poke your fingers down in the soil along side the plant and lift it out. Don't hold the stem and shake the soil off, put them in water and then put them in the new soil.

Good luck, I hope they make it!

Is it possible root stimulator would be a good idea after I rinse them , I have a pack of wilson roots liquid stim. but only worry is the mix I have contains myccorhyze i fungus that attaches to the roots. The wilsons rt stim has fungicide lol

Ok what Im going to do is mix some perlite and organic mix and re plant I just hope the shock of the replant doesn't kills them? Is there anything I can do for extra measure; root stimulator? humidity dome???

Well you could try a dome if your humidity is low if not dont. And find something with vitamin B-1, Hormex, Thrive Alive, Super Thrive, ect... its great to have around I use it every transplant and in between. Get something soon.

Be gentle you dont have to get every bit of soil off but a lg. part use room temp. water and just dunk root ball, let the water do the work with out ripping roots, their stressed enough.

Alright so I put perlite in the bottom of two red solo cups pre soaked the Mykes and mix it in nice and moist. Rinsed the roots very gently by dipping them in room temp water. Half-assed a couple humidity domes outta gatorade bottles. Should I spray the domes a coupe times a day? Anyways they are under 153 watts, hopefully they can pull through and Ill buy more lights. Lights are about the only think I don't mind spending money on.

only spray water on dome when there isnt any visible. might only need to be on for 2-3 days if that.

make sure your lights are not to close, dont want to steam them in those domes, you actually dont need much light at all, they should be concentrating on building their root system.

Hey so I removed some lights and left two 42 watts because temp was way to high in grow space. Got the humidity domes 4.5 inches away from lights, humidity in space is at 35% so I figured they could use the domes for the time being. Temp is still at 26 celsius so like 79 Fahrenheit, I was wondering if I should lift the lights up some more to reduce temp close to plants, or keep lights close so they don't stretch out any more. Any tips are welcome... I'll have a better idea tomorrow if they are gonna live or not haha. Hopefully I can post some greener pics in the next couple weeks.

cheers.

Hey man, for ph get some dolomite(garden) lime.
add it to your soil.
1tblsp or 15ml per gal
You can also use oyster shell

And while your at it, I would pick up some epson salt and add that also @ the same ratio.

The 42 watts will be fine and that's a good distance. It may take awhile for them to recover, the best thing is to just let them be at this point and post pics if they are getting worse.

I hope they make it!

good job with the lights, only thing is I would keep it at leased 8" away just until you see signs on new growth. They should be re-establishing their root systems in your new mix.........really important.

D is right on, get the lime in the pulverized (crushed) form alil faster at working, also you can use wood ash in your mix similar doses.

How did the roots look? white, brown, green, purple lol??

Post some pics when you can. We're pullin for ya

Hey whats up, they are still kicking!... The rougher looking one actually had a node open up and some green growth over the last couple days. The greener top leaves look a bit darker but showed a tiny brown spot on one leave, tips of all leaves have slight brown...

I moved the lights back and it dropped the temp to 78 which is good, still using humidity domes the grow space rh is 38 with min and maxs of 22 and 41. Ph of soil run off is slighty more acidic than my tap water. Run off is around 7 tap was 7.5. Should I try and bring that down too?

For the epsom and the lime can I hydrate that, or top and pour water over it? I don't have a way of getting it in the soil yet without disturbing roots. It would be nice to get them some mgso4 tho.. they should be good with nutes in soil for a couple weeks right? The soil I have contains mychorrizal fungi which I heard can increase area for diffusion and even kill other shitty fungi and bacteria.

The roots looked pretty white, a little brown I got most the MG soil off them with the rinse.

Yah Im rambling.. I got a Decent strain of SD im smoken lol, oh and I found out these are "Bing Bang" Nothern lights strain X el nino strain.

If these don't work out looking at getting more seeds, but I still want something to practise before I buy better seeds.

Also can I trim off the shitty leaves so they can focus on other tissues... I read and saw a couple vids or should I wait a week, not at all ???

having trouble posting pics try again in couple hours

Hey newkid thats good news, I would add a teaspoon of the lime as top dress (which kind did you get?) the lime should start helping to keep your soil ph in a good range (6-7 for soil 6.5 being the better) as far as adding other stuff I would hold off.
Your girls are/were dealing with nute burn and lock out. so I know its hard but you've done as much as you can at this point........... watch the dome its a double edge sword to much can be bad (mold) and I should imagine that you dont have to water much at all with that dome and the fact the girls are not drinking a lot.
And as far as cutting the old growth, I would only cutt the worst of the lower branches IF THAT.

Remember the #1 killer of plants with newbs is over caring, too much love

Hmmm not lookin good....

Mg and ffof do not mix well. Mg will kill the organic soil. Tap water will also kill your soil if its chorinated and chloramine. If you wanna do organic soil you need ro or filtered water. New first timer I dont recommend organics. Since your already on that road. Take your tap water and bubble it for 24 hrs before using and it should be ok.

Get some promix. Ph regulating nutrients. And your in business. Try organics and ypu will get there some day. Maybe 5 to 10 years from now. As each mistake takes 3 to 4 months to realize, although your first didnt take too long. Good luck. Dont take organics as the only way bro. Trust....

Im using a potting soil called mykes organic not ffof. Too much mg will kill micro herds I get that but can I still use small amounts of epsom when they are a bit healthier? I have been letting my tap water sit out for 24 hours, I cant boil it for 24 hours though... when you say "promix" do you mean the soil because I was going to get it at nursery and guy there said it doesn't have much nutrients at all so I went with organic ph balancing potting soil.

thanks
