the 2nd hour involves the background story of multi state underground bunker grows using landrace genetics that was busted in '91.
These guys produced the weed that provided the bag seed for CHEM, OG, and so on.

Watched that last weekend...very interesting story. I also like the podcast with chemdog explaining the origins of Dog bud.

I'm a skeptic by nature so forgive me if I don't consider this case closed yet.

A wise man once said, believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.

The grow op is obviously confirmed.

Its just... everything else seems to be alleged rather than proved yet a lot of people are treating this podcast as some sort of gospel.

Also, at this point I don't know that it really matters what the origins of Dog Bud or OG Kush are/is/was. Recreating these strains is seemingly impossible because the original parent material, whatever it may be, is very likely dead and gone.

I've heard so many stories over the years and yet the thing I keep coming back to is... where is the next OG, Chem or Diesel going to come from? That's what I'm focused on. Something new.

Don't really know what to believe honestly.

Bubba and OG don't really seem related to me. They're both really good pot. But they don't seem like close relatives. Maybe distant, but not close. Bubba has a much much stockier structure. Smell wise there are some similarities but mostly different.

IDK really, none of it seemed certain to me. I think we'll get a lot more quality information from the work Chimera has been doing with genetic testing.

Clearly there is a lot of truth in the story though and it's a good listen.

A lot of daves story can be tied into truth and confirmed thru adam dunn, and some of the others in this og story. There are several episodes that tie into this story but the last 2 are with this dave fella. Greg G would have to step up and confirm if he did breed these strains, and I don't know if that would ever happen.

I think og and bubba share a similar resin profile that I find in several other strains that are related.

Like they said in the podcast.. most of the stories start with "i popped a bag seed" well where.. did that come from? I feel that this is damn close to the truth.. it had to be some indoor domestic op.. and a decent size op at that.. With the Cali peeps.. and underground bunker grows confirmed.. I see only the minor details missing.. Who knows.. I loved that most of the gear they were growing was their own breeding.. Lots of the 3 way crosses.. and a way to make the recessive genes shine through... 20%+ in 1991??? & the Govt wanting access to those genes as well.. I love these podcasts.. but yes.. always question everything for yourself! Love & Light~ DJSF

It's a great podcast here are my questions:

At some point did the bunkers grow clone only?

What was the function of the many grow houses if they had the bunkers?


Was the original bunker Landrace genetics only acquired through the smuggling operations? Or they got seeds from other smuggling operations?

And the clones JJ brought to Amsterdam? What were each of these clones called?

Why does Richard have gazillion seeds and JJ only had what seeds was on top of his refrigerator?

For the gazillion seeds Richard shared to numerous people- were/are they original landrace genetics from the smuggled tons, or a seed line they were working on?

The mere fact that people listen to this shit is amazing. It seems everyone is new to cannabis and has forgotten what a slimy opportunist Adam is. We would all be better off if people stopped listening to his drivel.
