Drying time

Hey My lovelies, I'd just like people's opinions on the drying times plz, I used to leave my lovely plants drying for 10 to 12 days. But now with this amnesia haze grow I'm not sure because of now the three month flower my different for this strain, opinions plz everyone & thanks ok

So many factors to consider..
such as.. humidity.. temperature.. air flow.. if the buds are separated. if they are trimmed... if they are hanging vs. laying on a screen vs on a flat surface.. hanging entire plant vs branches and more!




If I dried my plants 10-12 days where I live, I would have some crispy buds.. wayyyy to dry. for me its usually 4-6 days but I live in a humid environment with decent heat.. I hang individual branches that are already trimmed..

4 to 6 days, I never heard that before, wooo, sounds strange. My buds are split into signal buds & trimmed very fine. They are seperated on mesh nets, & drying at around 24 degrees with 50% humidity.

i like to do a lot more sweating out in the jars.. dry time is sometimes 7 days in cooler weather but in the summer ya it can be 4 or 5 days.. but I like in a very warm place.. 50% humidity too.. but my buds are trimmed and hanging..
obviously the big diff is temp..

It all depends i would figure a strain like amnesia would dry quicker... i dry the complete opposite of u i just hang whole plants fans n all and prefer cooler temps... but like relentless said its mostly location big difference between a mountain a swamp and the dessert.... but hard to believe that a 3mth sativa wet trimmed n off the stems should take more then 5 days.. just checkem when they crispy enough to ya liking they done...
Ps i fux wit some sativas. Most long sativas have lighter buds hence they do dry at a different rate... n i see ppl make mistakes during dry cure n they loose alot of the (loudness)... i would hang the whole fuker for a wk let it dry slow as possible then trimmem up.. i do shit this way mainly cuz i hate trimming wet but with sativas the full plant dry actually makes a difference the slower dry allows for the budz to dry even holdin all the uniqueness in ........ all the time u put into it dont rush the end... if u must trimm it wet only dry it till its slightly crispy outside but soft still bag it , next day dump it out and let it finish u will be shocked how intense the shit will burn ur nose.... but hanging the plant is much better...

Ok, I'll take them off the mesh today & leave Them in the plastic container so, & by the way guys I am in the UK over in Europe. My old strains including AK 47, etc etc always took over a week, some times up to two weeks here in this part of the world, a big difference with climate & weather compared to your dry time thanks you Guys.

. . Opinions please if any one done a "Amnesia Haze" grow in coco. I'm trying to find out the amount of days it takes to dry, some say a week, some say more. ;-)

Well, the answers you're getting don't really matter because they aren't in your environment.

Do you have a stable climate to dry and cure in? It's hard to give definitive answers without knowing more details. Strains don't have dry times.....that's not really a thing outside of density so generally yeah, sativa's dry quicker but it's very relative.

hang till dry , trim them , then tub or jar them for couple days to get the inside moisture to even out , if wet then dry again for a day or so, if not seal and store pow , i used to burp burp burp but its wasted effort. the slower the dry the bestter the puff, so many factors in good weed and ya can fuck it all up with too fast a dry

. . Yes thank you I'll just let them dry out themselves but I was looking to put a time frame on "amnesia Haze", all other grows I've ever done took between 10 to 14 days. I'll just let the weed dry in it's on time ;-) thanks all

It really depends on many factors. Mine buds used to be ready within 1 week on 18 Celsius and a humidity level between 40-45%. Don't rush on this process, if you do the quality of your "medicine" will decrease dramatically.

Yes, I was looking for a opinion on "Amnesia Haze", usually any grow I've done takes between 9 to 13 days, no matter what from here on in it's getting left from day one till I'm full sure it's ready. Only way moving in between is from the mesh nets after one week to plastic containers ;-)
