Can you ID my pests?

Hi to all growers,

I would like to ask you if you can help me figure it out. what are the pests in my soil and on my plant?

I'm not sure if these are thrips or spider mites in SOIL(or maybe I am wrong).
I know I have whiteflies too, but I've taken them to min.

Let the pictures speak for themself.
Thank you in advance.

Looks like aphids.

The reason why it looks like you have a few different pests is because aphids morph as they mature, flyers are the final stage.

HITH thank you for your time.

Do you think Neem oil, neem cake, garlic, pepper, chili, cinnamon, soap, lemongrass would do the trick? I've tried all, but i cannot get rid of them. What do you suggest?

If it is aphids then the chem u want is imid, found in bayer tree and shrub, use the .72 concentrate comes with the added bonus of a synthetic pyrethin. Root drench at 30ml per gallon. I like to do another drench a week a later. Use ur fav spray to kill the flyers. I have used triazicide and maliathon, but the flyers might be killed by safer soap as well.

Read the "fungus gnat or winged root aphid" thread if u want more details. But be prepared to spend days reading. Looks by ur list u wanna stay organic. All I can say is gl if u go organic but there is certainly ideas on that in the thread.
