my mmar license is being question by leo its got an exp of march 31 so under the injunction i was told im covered as long as im in compliance with my liceses plant numbers ect which i am . leo is contacting HC about my license . Should i have a cope of the injunction hanging besides my license or where can i find a ref number to that injunction that protects me ?

Let us know how it goes. I have similar concerns. More of that dispite injunction my strain will get chopped down by over-eager leo's...
Then dispite being in the Right I will be screwed cause I have yet to let the WW out and as of right now, I am holding the last known cut of it....
Which would suck as it works great, and I don't seem to get the same sort of strain tolerance to it as I have gotten in all the other varieties over the years..

you should def post the injunction order beside your PUPL/DPL
Explain to LEO that everyone's production license will show the expiry date of march 31, because that's when the program was scheduled to end. as long as you were still valid on March 21 (date of Supreme court Judges decision) you are covered by John Conroys "Constitutional Exemption".
Id be calling a local lawyer ASAP to put those uninformed local cops in their place!

the leo was at the residents for an unrelated issue buy had warrants for the place came in I told them about the room they went in grabbed my license and said they are calling hc I told them my license expired in march but there is an injunction and my license is frozen . I then went to work and was given a leo card to call after work . I called and they say your all clear and that my room looked very nice and asked very few questions . My real concern comes from hc I wanted to make sure I had proof of the injunction to hand them in case the leo got a dummy on the phone . thanks for the concerns guys and the links to the injection . All in all it was one of my better experience with the police.

I am very happy that all turned out OKAY and no harm has come to you or your medicine and I have to say, the main reason they said all is clear...you were NOT over on your number of plants...THEY HATE THAT AND WILL FUCK YOU OVER IF YOU ARE OVER...

I have a 59 plant license and I only produce 24 plants under 6k and 24 veg for 2 months in the veg room . . I was 11 under my limit . . Thanks for all the concern and helpful answers to all of you .
