NEWB QUESTION ABOUT HASH AND EFFECTS

Iv noticed since making my own hash that the effects a far more mellow than the weed its made from. And far more enjoyable does anyone know why this is ?
Also iv noticed that dry sift when not pressed provides a bit of a speedier rush more than pressed hash, or is it just me ? does anyone else prefer pressed hash ?

Used to make bubble hash with my bags but i just dont like it.I prefer to smoke just nugs or kief.Hash is not as good IMO

So I'm not the only one ? All the bubble , bho , sap, shatter seems weak in potency. I mean I feel it but you gotta smoke tons of it. Or if not tons then it last about 15 min and then u need to recharge yourself. Or my tolerance is just high ?

You're changing the terpenoid balance and ratio to cannabinoids. You're also busting the gland heads which oxidizes the thc faster. I think it turns to Cbn, which is a sleepy cannabinoid.

Pressed hash burns slower and releases more flavours than unpressed, and therefore many people prefer it pressed. It can be light, medium or hard pressed too, depending on your preference.
