Man I don't know what to say. Did Rb recommend the reftecs? He was the guy who first promoted them, then he said they weren't as good as he originally thought so don't use them, I think the one he tested died quickly. This was around January or Feb. When did you order this?

Did you receive all the parts for your 2.5 and 5lb systems? If so your generally ok.

What are the clamps and o rings and KF fittings that you didn't get used for?

What are the shelves made of?

What are the 6ft stainless vac tubes for? Is this the vent tubes, he still uses tube instead of ptfe hose for some reason. Interesting that he charges separately for this.

You should be able to use a T connector for the e2m30 and 2 vac ovens, those things are pretty strong. Likely you can pull vac on all 4 of your ovens with 1 e2m30.

Bare with me I'm on my phone. The clamps I believe were for the AI ovens. He recommended the handi vac back in mid march. This ordeals been going on for that long.

The shelving is the regular package that came with the ovens. The tubing is for the m30 to the vac ovens. And yes I believe I did receive all the parts for each machine.

does the cls require a vacuum pump?????
Maybe you should leave extractions to the experts.

The sad thing is, if all went as planned and I had these machines five months ago along with him giving me the run down i was promised, I would probably have a great deal of knowledge on the subject. Don't hate because I'm trying to better a crappy investment situation through seeking help on a forum. I'd rather learn from the experts than 'leave it to the experts'. That's a close minded statement

Thank you very much! They're for the vac ovens to the pumps

No need for those, I just use rubber tubing from Home Depot with a threaded hose barb for my pump.

Redbeard is a piece of douche man, it definitely shows through this list he gave you. I'm sorry for all your trouble. He is definitely no expert

I'll post the pics of the stainless. This is the only piece I don't know where it goes. Any ideas? I'll post what I have set up now

This is the diagram I was given. I'm trying to figure out what goes into the concentric reducer besides the filter drier. Any ideas?

That part is the top down flush connection, it should go above the sightglass on top of the column.

K for some reason RB still uses a rigid pipe for the vent line, that is what connects to the top of the column. Not how you have it setup there.

Opps just noticed its hanging there and not connected so maby its ok.

RB uses the concentric reducer as the flood port right? And an extra column recovery port?

This is a RB machine I was hired to assemble...It was short parts too, sight glass leaked immediately and as you can see it is a little off, even though he guaranteed they had all been pressure tested.

Funny thing is I never got paid to assemble, pressure test, and train this SOB.....and he's the only RB customer thats been satisfied. I'll help in any way I can bro.
