Veggie garden grow 2014

I put together a little raised bed this spring and planted a lil afghani tomato its a dinafem blue widow from seed. The buds are stacking nicely. I'm feeling the love this summer. I added a couple silk flowers for good measure.

Oh yea I forgot to mention this little nugget absolutely reeks from 30ft away already. Skunky sweet to the max.

It's fully fenced in too. Although I do live in a pretty densely populated urban area so there are a few windows that have a full view of my garden. That's why I put the flowers on and trained it around the cage to keep it low.

A shot of when I built the box early this spring. The native soil isn't bad at all. I got about 50 bags of miracle grow garden soil and worked it in as well. It has performed nicely. Pretty satisfied with my first outdoor garden! More tomatos and peppers than I can shake a stick at.

I did this one year. The problem I ran into was delivery drivers smelling them from 20'- 30' away. No one ever said anything, but you could see it when the smell hit them.

Yea the smell is my only worry. It's fairly strong and I think I'm only 3 weeks in. My guess is that she'll be done at 9. It's only going to get more intense. There's a big patch of basil and cilantro on one end of the box and it really doesn't cover the herb smell at all.

I also gave away over 10 plants to friends and family with the promise they would share the wealth. Some of those are doing exceptionally well. We are going to be a jolly bunch come harvest this year!

The orange flowers are just some silk flowers I picked up from the craft store and twist tied on. The weather has been hot and they have been eating it up. I'll post an update in a few days.

Hey guys here's a little update. The girl is starting to pack on some nice flowers the Skunky smell has drifted to more of a fruity pebbles type of smell which I love. It looks like I'm going to have some nice long colas.

I hate seeing unfinished threads and I just remembered I had the finished photos as I was smoking on this tonight. I yeileded about 6.5 dry Ozs of dank blueberry flavored buds. Its really been a treat to smoke.
