it crack me up when people argue about cannabis.. its all about PREFERENCE. TOO EACH THEY OWN. I like it, my homie been making a killin off the clubs, and they like it cuz it fly off the shelf. So a lot of people enjoy this strain. For me its a tasty chemmy coco coffee smoke with some hints of vanilla and diesel. Its a high that lifts me up for bout 20 minutes then puts me down, I smoke it (in wax form) every night before bed and sleep good.
would you guys expect a different response from BF. How many times has he come in here with his hate. None of use care what he says anymore...
It's funny that everyone is giving BF shit for not liking the glue when there have been several of us that have stated we don't like it and why.

We all know he hates GG#4..We all know this I see no reason to keep posting the same shit.. Its like a frikin broken record.....He loves to stir the pot believe me. That's why he keeps posting the hate just to see posts like yours TB...
Why does any one need to get so offended over the fact that I don't like it ?? If people want to attack me over it then I'll share my opinion too, on why people DO like it...It's OK if you do , Please grow more of it in that case ... It doesn't effect me what you do in your garden and my opinion of it shouldn't effect any one so deeply that they should misconstrue my opinion as hate...

You know, I never got a soapy smell or taste off GG4 over several batches (good and bad batches, I might add).. Makes me wonder.. Is BF verified?

Its all a matter of opinion. .. love the glue hate it... nuthin out there will make everyone top 10...... maybe sfv...lol.. even then og has ppl who dont like it.... i see byf point... if u never had access to elite cuts gg4 is prob the greatest. .. it has everything. .. but if u had the opportunities to run hella cuts u would prob find sumthin u like to smoke better.. gg4 is a great cut... not the end of everything else like some ppl make her out to be... just another great cut... its up to u to decide for yourself if its for u... n shouldnt judge till u know first hand ran her... imo she has her faults but makes up for it in other catagorys.... shit more then half my grow is gg4 n she aint leavin here netyme soon... is she my alltime fav... hell no... but not nearly as bad as some ppl make her out to be... just like i said way back in the cookie thread, the only real test is time..so many great cuts come and go through the yrs . lets see 10yrs from now who is growing glue still... plants that stick around that long i consider greats... as of right now she still a new ish cut.... n still has to pass the hardest test to go from another elite to great n that test is time....

i also think 520 pages of people praising some one else's "work" and I put that in quotes because the glue was an accidental cross but it IS work to grow out seeds , label them , keep it all correct once you do , flower everything out AND keep the copies alive and healthy is cool but what if all those people also were growing out seeds they were making themselves and looking for that next thing?
I'd rather see 500 pages about that

Exactly. This thread is so big, every once in a while it's nice to have a dissenting opinion to break up the monotony of the love fest for the glue.
People that haven't read the whole thread need that opinion, so they can have an accurate picture of the strain. Never has a strain looked more like the holy grail on paper. But it just isn't in real life. Nothing is. Give me an OG kush smelling sativa high that pulls 4 lbs a light. That's the holy grail.

When I find a Strain that will do what gg#4 does better I will be the 1st to swap.. If your plants taste/smell like soap something is defiantly not right.

i personally have never really cared for the buzz not being a big fan of any couchlock strains,i do really like the flavor,and lets be honest,it does a really good job of paying the bills and the people who buy it just love it....we all know pot smokers in general dont know squat about good dope,only grower know what good dope is...anyway,from the perspective of someone who has been growing it for a couple of years now is just what frosty said,when i find something that keeps the lights on and the fridge stocked as well i will consider not growing it,until then it will remain a garden mainstay.
